ADSSIM – Advanced SMS (MIL-STD-1760 Interface) Simulator lWT-100 product brochure (PDF)
The Advanced Stores Management System (SMS) Simulator (ADSSIM), p/n WT-100, is a multi-purpose weapon interface test set that can be used to simulate, monitor, and verify weapon system electrical and logical interfaces at the MIL-STD-1760 interface between the host platform and 1760 munition. The WT-100 provides the test capability to perform: Store Interface Testing, Stores Management System Development, Aircraft Avionics Development, Aircraft Interface Checkout, Store Operational Flight Program (OFP) Test/Verification, Upgrade Verification, Passive In-Line Aircraft/Store Interface, Monitoring, Store Life Cycle Testing. DLTS – Dynamic Load Test Set DLTS product brochure (PDF)
The MLE Dynamic Load Test Set (DLTS) is an optional capability that, when used in conjunction with the MLE, emulates the electrical power load of a single M299 launcher with mixed missile load-out. Loads are dynamically applied to DC1 (28VDC), DC2 (28VDC) and 115VAC/400Hz 3-phase power interfaces at the MIL-STD-1760 launcher station of the platform under test. Load states are controlled by the launcher/missile simulation executing in the LEM via a serial interface. Load state changes are displayed on the ECS user interface as well as captured in the data logs as time stamped events. IFM – In-line Fault Module IFM product brochure (PDF)
The In-Line Fault Module (IFM) is a MIL-STD-1760 break-out box with the capability to insert electrical faults (i.e. open and short circuit) conditions in-line between a platform and munition or munition simulator under test. The IFM is utilized in-line between a platform and 1760 store and has front panel switches for controlling the state of signal interfaces (e.g. 115VAC, DC 1 and 2, RC, Interlock, Address, and 1553 interfaces). Front panel indicators are provided for monitoring the On/Off state of interface 115VAC, DC1, DC2, and RC. Test points are provided for monitoring all power and discrete interfaces as well as 1553 Bus A/B. MASE – MIL-STD-1760 Aircraft Store-station Emulator (future product) MASE product brochure (PDF)
The MIL-STD-1760 Aircraft Store-station Emulator (MASE) is a PC based test set that can be used for semi-automated and manual test and evaluation of a 1760 munition at the platform to weapon umbilical interface. This test set is comprised of a Windows XP notebook or desktop PC and a Test Interface Adaptor (TIA) as shown here. The PC contains a MIL-STD-1553 interface card and, via the application GUI, allows for operator setup/control/monitoring of a script driven aircraft side emulation of the platform/store 1760 interface. Test scripts can be generated and modified by the user to provide for custom automated and/or semi-automated test sequences. The TIA provides for signal and power routing, overcurrent protection, interface status monitoring. MLE – Multi Launcher Emulator (e.g. M299/M310 Launcher Emulator) MLE product brochure (PDF)
The Multi-Launcher Emulator (MLE), p/n JLE00010, is a unique test set developed for emulation of a M299/M310 launcher with missile load-out at the MIL-STD-1760 interface of a platform under test. A single station MLE consists of a Launcher Emulator Module (LEM), an Emulator Control Station (ECS), and associated interface and power cabling. Up to four LEMs can be networked to a single ECS to provide for complete launcher/missile load-out emulation on an Apache/Longbow or Cobra-Z helicopter. Optional equipment for the MLE Test Set includes the Dynamic Load Test Set (DLTS) and the In-Line Fault Module (IFM). MSE – Multi Store/rack Emulator
The Multi-Store/Rack Emulator (MSRE), p/n MSE00010, is a unique test set developed for emulation of a MIL-STD-1760 based weapon and supporting rack equipment. A single station MSRE consists of a Store/Rack Emulator Module (SREM), an Emulator Control Station (ECS), and associated interface and power cabling. The ECS provides the operator interface for simulation setup, control/monitor, and provides for dynamic simulation fault insertion and data logging. Up to six SREMs can be networked to a single ECS to provide for multi-station store emulation and platform testing. JDAM weapon BRU-14 rack simulation models are currently available for this emulator. Other 1760 based models and weapon interfaces can be quickly developed to meet customer STE needs. Custom Solutions – Not all facilities are created alike. That is why WINTEC has a history of working closely with its customers to provide custom solutions to their STE needs.
