Contracting Vehicles

 

As a small business, WINTEC provides R&D and engineering services through its participation on several government omni-bus contracting vehicles.  The following is a brief list of current omni-bus contracts of which WINTEC participates with as well as the Prime contractor for our team.

AMCOM EXPRESS

AMCOM EXPRESS
Name:  Aviation and Missile Command, Expedited Professional & Engineering Support Services

Prime:  CSC, SAIC

Purpose: 

The EXPRESS program provides advisory and assistance services (including all supervision, labor, incidental materials, and travel necessary to perform) in support of the U.S. Army Aviation & Missile Command (AMCOM) and its customers.  It is a multiple-award Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) program based upon the use of GSA Federal Supply Schedules.



CIMTIC II

Name:  C4I and Munitions Test Improvement Contract II

Prime:  GTRI

Purpose: 

To provide for the urgent development and modification of the Air Force Armament Center's (AAC) C4I and munitions test and evaluation (T&E) systems and facilities, under the responsibility of the 46th Test Wing's Technical Directorate.  In support of this objective, a high level of technical expertise is required in system analysis, system engineering, and in particular, continuous participation in the technological evolution of C4I, munitions, Directed Energy (DE), and other T&E systems, facilities, and infrastructures.

Name:  Design Engineering Support Program

Prime:  MTC

Purpose: 

The Design and Engineering Support Program (DESP) II was created to meet the future diversified engineering needs of the Air Force Materiel Command (AFMC) and the Army Tank Automotive Command (TACOM). The DESP II contract vehicle may be used by all other Air Force/Army commands, DOD agencies (e.g., Navy, Marines), and other government entities (e.g., NASA, DOE, DOT, DOS, EPA, OSHA, Coast Guard, Homeland Security, FAA, FEMA, etc.) having similar systems and/or needs. DESP II will provide design and engineering/technical support services for mission systems, components, and support equipment, including engineering design, integration, system modifications, limited manufacturing, activities to support process analysis and improvements for maintenance/repair operations.

Name:  Future Flexible Acquisition & Sustainment Tool

Prime:  MacAulay Brown

Purpose: 

The Future Flexible Acquisition & Sustainment Tool (F2AST) is designed to meet the needs of AFMC Program Directors and Single Managers for speed and flexibility by providing a multi-dimensional task ordering capability, as well as sufficient ceiling and scope for AFMC-wide usage.   It is structured for the sustainment of all Air Force managed weapon systems, support systems, subsystems, and components.  This requirement includes services, modifications, spares, and repairs.

Name:  SeaPort Enhanced

Prime:  ARINC, EG&G, GTRI

Purpose: 

SeaPort Enhanced (SeaPort-e) supports the electronic procurement of Engineering, Financial, and Program Management support services for the Navy Virtual SYSCOM (VS) Commanders (NAVAIR, NAVSEA, NAVSUP and SPAWAR). The SeaPort-e portal provides a standardized means of issuing competitive solicitations amongst a large & diverse community of approved contractors, as well as a platform for awarding & managing performance-based task orders.
